During the duration of the flight, pets are kept in a soft, comfortable carrier under the seat in front of the passenger. Puppies can be monitored and comforted during the flight, and have constant interaction while in the airport.
When your puppy and travel chaperone arrive at your local airport, you will meet them at the specified baggage claim.
