HEALTH GUARANTEE

       The Seller guarantees your puppy to be of good health at the time of sale. The Seller will provide Buyer with a health record of all vaccinations and worming as well as a veterinarian examination of the puppy. 

       Buyer agrees to take puppy to their veterinarian within 10 days from the date of purchase. If the veterinarian believes that the puppy is not healthy and/or has any undisclosed health issues, it shall be documented in writing within 10 days of purchase date. Seller will have the condition confirmed by their veterinarian. If the condition is validated, buyer may return the puppy to Seller for a full refund or replacement puppy, or buyer will cover any necessary veterinary fees to return puppy to good health.

      If the puppy dies within 12 months of its birthdate from a suspected congenital defect, an autopsy must be performed at the Buyer’s expense by a veterinarian to determine the cause of death. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death, the puppy will be replaced or at no charge or amount paid for said puppy will be refunded to the buyer. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided. 

       Failure of the Buyer to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase date will void this health guarantee. After the allotted 10 day period, Seller is not responsible or liable for payment of ANY medical, dental, or surgical procedures to maintain the animal’s health or well-being after the time of purchase. 

       Buyer understands that adult sizes are an estimate only, based on Seller’s experience. Buyer acknowledges that there is no guarantee on final adult weights, actual size, color or eye color. This guarantee does not cover any veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. 

       We do not warrant against any condition caused by carelessness, negligence or abuse.

The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog. 

       Signatures below confirm that above conditions are understood and accepted by both parties. This signed document also confirms transfer of ownership to Buyer.
